How Low Will It Go? - Participate and find out!

1 Become a Member of Reverse Price Auctions and take advantage of the offers being made to you by our Discount Partners. Participation means BIG savings and exposure to a network of people and businesses currently in your local property market.

2 Browse Auction Lots to see if there's a lot that you'd like to bid for. Remember - our auctions run in reverse . This means that the successful auction bidder walks away with a true bargain!

3 Be one of the first to register for an auction in order to secure your seat. The number of seats available at each auction is strictly limited, and made available exclusively to our members on a first-come-first-served basis. Once we've opened an auction for registration, you must be quick - or you WILL miss out.

4 Participate in the auction. REGISTER YOUR BID. Once all auction registration conditions have been met we notify all registered bidders via email and the auction bidding process gets started.

  • Time frame: 20 days OR until all pre-registered members have placed their bid, whichever is sooner.
  • All auction participants are notified of the Auction Lock date via email.
  • All Bid Registrations must be finalised within this period.
  • Remember to get in early - it's the FIRST person to register the highest bid BELOW the reserve price who has the opportunity to purchase the auction lot.

5 Auction Lock. No further bids are accepted and all queued bids are processed, ready for the Auction Live date OR seven days from the end of Bid Registration, whichever is later. You will be notified via email of the Auction Live date and time.

6 Auction Live. Now the auction runs. Attendance is optional as bidders have already registered their bid, however, by attending you have the added opportunity to participate in any Sponsor Bonuses.

  • Timing and conditions vary depending on the auction's lot.
  • The successful bidder will be notified via email and/or SMS message.
